Graduating from collge next week (page 2)

hey jesse, way to go! I'm a junior myself doing a major in psychology. I'm about to become a research assistant in preparation for my own research project. School has been a blast, such a wonderful experience. Are you planning graduate school in the future? What ever you do, I wish you much success.

Congrats also to A@G and White Dove on your accomplishment! You should be so proud of yourselves. White Dove we should talk...did you specialize in any area. For me, it was race/immigration and public policy. Good job for all those attending school, keep at it.

BenV- I'm sure you would excel in a supportive academic environment...go for it.

The plan is...find a job in research/non-proft/government for a year or two before applying to grad school for an masters in public affairs. I would greatly appreciate any leads in these areas if anyone has contacts in the NYC.

Since there seems to be a lot of you in the NYC area either graduating or are in school, we should have a summer celebration get-together!

Congrats dude! I am working on my master's degree as we speak. It's a long row to hoe some days. I encourage everyone to go 'back to school' if they feel they were denied an education as a Dub.

My daughter is in college-just a Community College now but will go to a University in the fall.

Her dad and I did not take the opportunity. She WILL finish school!!!!

I also take a class here and there as I can but don't think I will have the time to finish. I am 56......thanks WTS.
