It seems like it was just last year that you were really excited about being an atheist.

I never remember being "excited" about being an Atheist. I do remember being bitter about the condition of the earth and humankind, as well as attending an Atheist banquet. If you read my entire post regarding my current religious/philosophical stance, you would have read that when I came to JWD I was bombarded by people who were cramming Atheism down my throat, you being one of them. I had jumped from the JW frying pan into the JWD fire.
My decision to view myself as a Deist is one that I have made on my own and for myself, no one else.
