They definitely are not healthy by any standards. If there is any repression of normal sex drive among people that are serious about each other, or any inhibitions, that is not healthy. (Casual sex, on the other hand, might not be so prudent).

There is no way they can possibly be normal or healthy. They are told that various sex acts are forbidden. Only in marriage is sex permissible at all, and they waste so much time drilling unhealthy repression and inhibition in teens' heads that they usually don't get past it altogether. And even there only the standard position is permitted. Which is not natural--I see no problem with any sexual act, as long as it does not involve physically abusing or harming the other party. (And that means acts that are usually meted out as torture, like beatings and the like--not oral and/or anal sex.)
