Have you spoken to your local body of juniors?
I can only give the same advice as they can.
First try not praying about it.
When you get the urg to read try to do something else instead like cutting the lawn or taking a cold shower.
Try to memorise something from an apostate site to keep you encouraged in your time of need.
If all else fails remmember that in the not very soon to come old system that God will bring all these sins will be wiped out forever.

Although hobies can be good I would advise caution.
You must consider , will it take up enought of your time?
Also some porographic sites may have pictures of fully clothed people.
You may even stumble upon a site dealing with biblical matters.
If you are balanced in your outlook it may be of benifit to you.

i've bin trying hard too ao - i've bought loads of cd's and made sure every one of them was second hand in the hope some nasty demon loving druggie had it before and sold it to get more smack - plus - i made sure every cd had a parental guidance sticker on it - do i get a promotion to a position of irresponsibility ???

I feel it is not my duty to report to you that a certain non-sister of my acquaintance is dressing modestly. She does not adorn herself with make-up, nor does she wear skirts that come above the knees. I tried to persuade her to buy some trousers, but, of all things, she blushed! I also fear that she is not indulging in loose conduct and wondered if you could in any way assist?

Sleepy, I think RunningMan needs to tear down his apostateality with lots of never going out in the service and by never going to meetings or reading any Society litterature. If he works conscienciously at these lack of tasks I think he might measure up to the great name Jehovah's Witness apostate.

As for JeffT, I think he needs to show some humility and listen to the advice of a sister who isn't wearing a headcover!! JeffT hon, I believe you are showing an independent spirit. Only when you too have got past the first really boring 30 pages of the first book of Harry Potter book can you expect to be given a turn on the microphones! Btw I was disfellowshipped for apostasy 20 years ago last April (or there abouts!), so nominate myself to be sleepy's right hand woman!!

hey ao ! ... marilyn has posted twice on here and is obviously a good sister who slurps up to co's and therefore a bad apostate so she should be sent back to the hall to suffer in her disapproved-approved state ... (sheesh this is getting too complex now ...)

oooOOOHHH! I have something to contribute too! I have gone way beyond watching TV on meeting nights and R rated movies. I have entrenched myself into the wonderful world of education by returning to college, second semester already. Brownied up to getting on the Dean's list and am championing the rights of gays and lesbians. I attended a couple of PFLAG (Parents and Family of Lesbians and Gays) meetings, on Thursday meeting nights no less! My group in speech did a discussion on gays and lesbian rights to marriage and adoption.

I have written an essay on Assisted Suicide for English, for it.

I have sat in on a coven meeting that my daughter and son attends and also attended a mead (honey wine, my son makes it and sells it.) tasting party with a group of Pagans, candles and all! WOW, has my life changed in the past few years.

You realize now, that that is what happens when you leave the "Truth." You're mind opens up, frees itself to all sorts of possibilities and true freedom is yours!!

Happy apostateness everyone!! The world and its "worldliness" are all yours for the taking! Enjoy it!
