I can tell you that some of the racism is a 2 way street.
In the context of the survey - I believe the 3 in 10 includes blacks? You don't have to look very far in the first page of this thread to see that "bias" is a two-way street.
Unfortunately, the words bias, prejudice, discrimination, racism, all get jumbled up and lose their nuances. A conversation about race should start with a definition of terms. I agree with snowbird - we're all biased in that we have preferences. So what? The important thing is - how are those preferences manifest? With fists?
One can have preferences and still be fair.
