I can't wait for school to start, either! I will have all but one in school full day...woohoo!!! :D
The fibro has been kicking my butt the last couple of days, probably because of the extra stress and work on me since my husband left this past Monday. Thankfully he comes home on Thursday and will be able to give me a much needed break. :D

Thank you, White Dove! The picture of my husband's homecoming was actually taken by the photographer for our local military newspaper. It wasn't used (to my knowledge) but they were kind enough to forward the shots they took to my husband's military email for us to keep. :) I imagine they ended up using a photo from the Carrier ship in my husband's fleet, instead...made up of thousands of people as opposed to our few hundred on the Destroyer.

When I posted I don't vote because I don't believe in killing,nowhere did I say,I don't respect the men and women who risk their lives for a war that is necessary! Another reason I don't vote for men who use hard working americans tax money to buy power from other countries,while people in america is struggleing to stay afloat because of out of hand taxes that is used to buy power! I do believe some wars are necessary,and yes I signed a banner at the freedom concert at cooper river park in nj to thank and surport the men and women risking their lives! I have that chioce not to vote thats what americas all about freedom of choice! I choose not to! that post was for the people who hurt me! My thanks again goes out to your husband and his new friends! PEACE

I don't vote either, beerose. I also don't agree with the war, and neither does my husband. BUT...he does his job and I support him in it because that's what we signed up to do (him by joining the military and me by marrying him). We appreciate your thanks and support!
Sacolton...thanks. LOL No, I've never been a Mormon and DO believe in birth control. If I didn't I'd have a lot more than six kids! -

Even though I work for the department of the Navy, I also do not support the current war effort, but I support each and every man or woman that is going into harms way or supporting the effort in any way, shape or form....most of the folks I work with that are active duty Navy do not support the war effort, but they are all professionals and do their job better than anyone else....I have spent time on many of the ships on trials and I have nothing but respect for our men and women in uniform.
