I`ve been thinking about this for a long time now.............If JWD closed..It is unlikely I would ever post again on a X-JW board.....Ever!.....OUTLAW would cease to exist in "JW Cyber World"...............Now I come to find Simon is looking at options..To keep our Cyber Home,JWD,up and running..This is going to be a GodSend for most!............If JWD continues..I am going to stay..I will continue to participate in JW Cyber World.......And.....I think many that have left,will be happy to return to this wonderful place..............

Heathen..It`s my experience..Simon means what he says..And..Says what he means......If he says he is considering options,he means it!.....I`ve never seen him say something,just for show............

Not at all. The annoucment was a very hard decision to make and not something that would just be done cause some sort of commotion- Simon would not do that. We are just considering options in light of peoples comments

Just ignore heathen, Angharad. He is obviously just trying to cause a commotion of his own - goodness knows why. Most of us appreciate Simon was serious about closing the site down, and his reasons for coming to that point. And I for one really appreciate that you are now looking to keep it going one way or another. It is a slim chance, but if there is any way I could help with keeping the site going I would be willing to do what I can.

I think it would be great if it stayed open, but there are obvious issues that I don't know about, and of course your personal lives come into play too.
Whatever your decision is it is.
Outlaw, I will retire from message boards if this place closes down too. But will the X-JW message board movement die? No. It will just get fragmented.
This place is so well run, I don't think people know how good they have it - at least those who are sane.
