    dear satanus...

"Can't have that, can we, except for jesus? We let him in, but nobody else can have the same nature as god."...

    ...o.k...."we"???

...the Father sent Him and the Father received Him back...being the perfect image and representation of the invisible God...He didn't fall short of the glory of God.

now the ONLY WAY for us to be received back is to become part of HIS body...aka the "church"...colossians 1:24

    """"we""""""

    British figure of speech.

'...the Father sent Him and the Father received Him back...being the perfect image and representation of the invisible God...He didn't fall short of the glory of God..."

We (excuse me for using we again, seems to be hard to pass up) pantheists think that we are all having the same nature as our source, and of course, still connected. We (hehehe) think that the ego and the mind and it's products obscure those, most of the time. Thus, we pantheists are just like jesus, having come from 'whatever', and we eventually go back to 'whatever'. Can't have that, can we? Makes us all equal. Makes us all 'god'. Democracy is such a bitch.

    covetness is a good answer.

man coveted to be as smart as..

satan coveted to be as idolized as...

but also, I am talking about the stakes that were on the table......knowledge

I am sure our creators did not intend for us to be stupid

Now that we indeed do have knowledge and it may almost rival the knowledge of our creators, suppose part of the bargain now is that with this knowledge we are told that we can become gods? The new stakes on the table....perfection

Some "spiritual philosophies" are beginning to teach that. Kind of like what Satanus said, they use the "god is within us" phrase, but to bring it to fruition, it may be necessary for man to interact with a computer program.

Perhaps it will be something similar to the "frequencies" of the Rife machine, but much more complex. Frequencies that affect our brainwaves or heal our DNA.

What would you think about being offered a chance to become perfect through being subjected to frequencies that could help you through the transition?

Why should we want or need perfection?

Isn't the sin the arrogance to want to be equal to or higher than our creator? (covetness is greed and arrogance?)

"Isn't the sin the arrogance to want to be equal to or higher than our creator? (covetness is greed and arrogance?)"...

the genesis account doesn't mention this desire at all...nothing is said about adam or eve (or even satan for that matter) wanting to be equal to or higher than God. God said...because you have done "this"...what did satan do? he deceived eve and caused the couple to be driven from the garden away from God and to their "death"...that's all...NOTHING is said about greed or arrogance or covetousness or testing in the genesis account of adam and eve.

The point is that it wasn't really a sin, the thought of being like god. It was labelled a sin by some controller type, somewhere along the the way. Sin is a big tool used to control people. If/when people find out that their nature is divine and uncorruptible, the religious controllers pretty well lose their power/control.

Us being like god isn't a sin, it's a fact. W meditation, you could eventually, probably see that for yourself, first hand. Not sinful, but divine. What else could we be, but the same as our source? The negative in us is part of the animal nature, an unavoidable consequence of being a bioorganism on this planet. Matter is a lower level than is spirit, and so since we are matter, we are subject to all that descends from it, at least to an extent.

    Agreed.

How do you know this is not another concept put out by the religious controllers to deceive in yet another way? The "fact" that man can "become" god?

"If/when people find out that their nature is divine and uncorruptible...Us being like god isn't a sin, it's a fact."

If you knew me you wouldn't be speaking for ME like this...

consequently *I* will speak for myself and say I am corruptable( *I* know this to be true) and I can only aim to walk in the "spirit" of Jesus thus being made perfect by Him in perfecting love of others in myself.

That is always a possibility. However, in meditation, depending on how/what a person meditates on, an examination of the self can be done. DESIRES are supposed to be put aside, in meditation. That is one of the goals. Generally, meditation's goal is yo merely observe. And so, if you took it up, looking at your own nature, you wouldn't need my word on it. Then again, eastern type meditation may not be for you. That's ok, too.

i don't have to meditate or any such thing to see my true nature(overcast with sunny patches)...but...when i meditate on the Word of God i seek and find The Way to become all that God wants me to be.

Perhaps you are aiming beside the target. Instead of mediating on a book from god, why not meditate on god?
