1 lb hamburger, browned
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups uncooked rice
Cook the rice. Brown the hamburger. Combine all three in a casserole dish and bake until bubbly. Salt and pepper to taste.
How's that for easy?? My husband loves this on a cold day.

1 Porterhouse steak Grill over charcoal - serve medium rare with Salad - how easy is that?

Microwave a baked potato - split it open and put in a chunk of butter and sour cream. Sprinkle grated cheese on top how easy is that?

Grill about 10 rashers of bacon butter 5 slices of bread serve hot bacon on the bread hot bacon sandwiches wonderful

2-3 cups chopped peppers and onions
1 lb ground italiam sausage
cooked pasta
saute the peppers and onions in olive oil
season ( rosemary/garlic/basil/fennel or whatever says italian to you)remove from skillet and brown the sausage
return peppers/onions to skillet with cooked sausage
add cooked pasta

I whole cube of butter fry in chopped onion add coconut milk or plain yogurt add as much spice as you want add any meat you want -and you have home made curry -serve with rice or french fries

fry a can of corned beef or other meat of your choosing in butter or olive oil add chopped onion add a tin of diced tomato simmer gently 9optionally add red wine) serve over a bed of pasta or a baked potato

get a cat fish fillet with a fillet knife into 1 cup of flour, 2 cups of water, 1 pinch of salt, 1 pinch of baking soda - mix well and then dip the fillet fish Deep fry and serve with tartar sauce and french fires.

Canned salmon, Star Kist boneless
Olive oil
Eggs
Grated mozzarella cheese
Garlic - the minced kind in a jar
Canned tomatoes
Whole wheat flat bread
Heat olive oil in skillet, add garlic and 1 can of tomatoes. Open 3 cans of salmon (do not drain) and empty into skillet. Allow to simmer for about 15 minutes or until liquid is reduced.
Break 6 eggs over mixture, add cheese and black pepper to taste. Let simmer for another 5 or 10 minutes or until eggs are done and cheese is melted.
Heat or toast flat bread and spread salmon mixture generously over it. Fold bread over and eat with gusto!
Always keep food like this on hand. It even tastes good when cold.
