I assume you are looking for quick casseroles?

    Italian casserole:

1 pound ground beef fried with one chopped sweet onion and 2 cloves garlic until brown.

Drain fat and add 1 small jar Prego spaghetti sauce.

Cook and drain one box ziti, or spiral pasta and add to the above.

Add 1 tsp. each italian seasoning, and seasoned salt, pepper to taste.

Shred one large bar of sharp cheddar, mix most into all and save some for top.

Bake at 350. for about 30 minutes. When serving top with a little parmesan and a veggie or salad.

This is a great recipe for kids, they love it.

Even my husband craves this once in a while.

That's kind of like our Raman noodles!

I just discovered something new ..Tofu and organic raman noodles! Looks like something I might like but too much sodium if you use the whole flavor pack..

It has (Besides noodles and tofu) Green beans and carrots in soy sauce, applesauce, ham and turkey rool-ups with cream cheese and spinach. Yummy!

Tonight we are having beer butt chicken. Take a beer, drink some, put the can in the chicken cavity. The chicken will be "standing" in the pan. I did 2 next to each other that way they kind of hold each other up. Season to taste. 375 degrees for about an hour, hour and a half ( ran around, clean kitchen, make a salad) . All the fat drains off and the beer steams it. Yum.

Ah why did you have to post that Ninja, I used to love the chicken and mushroom pot noodle, can't get them in Canada. The ones they have here are just not the same, taste like a pot of salt :(

OK, this is more of a German dish, but it's damn good:

    chop one white onion fine

add it to about 2 - 3 cups of lean ground beef

    salt and pepper

add about 1/2 cup of instand rice (don't use long grain rice as it just doesn't taste the same)

layer the bottom of a casserole dish with some wine saurerkraut

make little meatballs with the meat mixture above

sprinkle another cup of the rice over the meat

add the rest of the can of saurerkraut

fill up with water just until you can see it barely over the rice

cook at 375 for about 1 3/4 hours

    Just grill it.

    Anything at all.

    Season to taste.

    Or try this recipe:

    Heat a skillet

While haeting, drop a pat of butter on the skillet, and toast some bread in the toaster.

When butter is melted, crack as many eggs as you like into the pan, yolks intact or if you like scramble them.

add a drizzle of water and cover the skillet.

check every 30 seconds or so until done.

    Serve on a plate.

BA- Can you get more "Simple and hot"? I submit not.

I'm surprised this one has'nt come up yet.
    Tuna casserole
    8 oz egg noodles - i like multi-grain ones.
    1 cup frozen veggies
1 10.75 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 6 oz can tuna, drained and flaked
pepper, thyme and garlic powder to taste
Bring 3 cups of water to a boil in a med saucepan. add noodes. Cover and simmer 5 minutes (I use other pasta sometimes, such as rotini, and just add a minute or 2 to the simmer time). add veggies, cook 5 minutes more. add other ingredients, heat through, about 5 minutes. Let stand several minutes and eat.

Throw a weiner in the microwave for until it splits, about 40 seconds, pick it up with a slice of bread, squeeze a worm of mustard on it and enjoy. Best when accompanied by half can of flat Coca Cola and some hot Cheetos.
