While pasta of your choice is boiling, broil chicken breasts that you have seasoned with salt, pepper, basil, oregano. Cut asparagus spears into bite size pieces, and drop into a pot of boiling water. Drain the pasta and asparagus and throw back in the pot. Press fresh garlic cloves into hot pasta, drizzle with olive oil add some chopped parsley, salt and pepper stir to mix. Slice cooked chicken breasts and add to pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan after plating. Salad on the side.

If you have a CrockPot - 3 ingredients for Pulled Pork:
1 16 ounce bottle/can of Coke
1 pork roast (super cheap meat, any size that fits in your CrockPot)
1 jar BBQ sauce (your choice)
Directions: Put pork roast in CrockPot, dump Coke on top of it, simmer for 8 hours. Pull pork apart with a fork, add BBQ and some bread - ta da! Pulled Pork Sandwiches.
This makes the most tender pork you can imagine. It sounds horrible, but it's wonderful. I think the acidity in the Coke breaks down the pork roast.

Super simple... (Grandmas quick fix for picky kiddies)
Box of Rice a Roni: Chicken or chicken and broccoli
Pre-cooked chicken (meat section, frozen section or canned...... your choice of easiest)
Small frozen package of peas for plain chicken flavored rice and broccoli for Chick/Broc Rice.
Follow instructions for rice and add veggies and chicken when you set to simmer for 25 minutes.
This also works with Mexican Flavor (add drained corn or black beans) but eat with torillas, chips and you can mix in some drain black beans.

Chicken Fajitas
I buy the fully cooked chicken breast fajitas
A spray can of olive oil
Flour tortillas
Weight Watchers Shredded Cheese
Prepare,
spray fry pan with olive oil,
warm chicken fajitas in microwave for 1 1/2 min.
warm tortilla in the olive oil
put chicken on warmed tortilla, add cheese and wrap. I like to have jellied cranberries with mine.
I would say it's about 5 points on weight watchers
