He is torn to shreds. I feel very very bad for him. We are all feeling that loss. Well most of us anyway. There is no GOOD way to leave the JWs. The elders might be kind to his face but the minute he leaves they will start bad mouthing him saying he's with satan and wants to do worldly things ....like they did the rest of us.
I hope he comes here. Or...to the next forum.
He is going through a sh*tpot of emotions right now. My advice to him would be to let things settle and reevaluate things for a bit. Jesus can wait.
As one JW commented, "Satan has him now ... Jehovah was just cleaning out his congregation!"

That initial few days after being DF are difficult to say the least. That raw emotion is all over the place. To get your bearings at that time seems almost unattainable. We have something inside of us to survive, to get up another day breathing and can really only endure so much pain. My heart goes out to him.

Please tell him I for one am behind him, and admire his stand and his strength.
Isn't it sad that he wants to be a Christian, and feels that Jesus is Lord, but that will mean to the JWs that he worships the devil.
