Ware them in the shower. Put shampoo on them then conditioner.

Seriously, if you don't want to put them in your washing machine, which is what I always do, throw them in the dishwasher. You can wash just about anything in the dishwasher.

not very good suggestions so far for me. I will use the washing machine(cold wash), but what should I wash it with? Detergent, of course, but what kind of detergent would work best for me?

A silent one.....the best way to wash tennis shoes is to get a wife.

Put them in the washing machine. Tie the laces up so they stay in tact. Put on cold, regular detergent. You can put them in with your clothes. I do it all the time.
