My Tilapia is frying now!! And I'm full of beer!

So looks like Sylvia single handedly caused half the country to fry up fish tonight. Yummm
I had some insane hot sauce (I am burning up right now), corn on the cob, and rice with bacon, peas, green onions and chopped tomatoes. Even went so far as to make some peach cobbler. And it's all Sylvia's fault.
