Doe, I love that Cavender's stuff! It might even make catfish good.

Interesting story about Cavendars. It's made in Harrison, AR, the town where I grew up. In fact, my dad worked with the guy who started making that stuff for 8 years at a tire shop in town. Guy started mixing it with a portable cement mixer bought from Miller's Hardware.

I'm glad I got everybody to talking about and eating fish on Friday. I had some tilapia from Wal Mart. It was pretty good. I'm posting this from our little library; the AC isn't working and it's hotter than a match's head in here. I brought my g'son because he needed some "cheat codes," whatever THAT is.
