Sylvia, I have some pollock in my freezer, I might try some of those coatings on it myself! Probably won't taste quite the same but worth a go

That's okay, Me and my rowdy bunch always have our guns and they're loaded. The bunch is also loaded...picked up some good moonshine on the way here..
