in this neck of the woods!
got any malt vinegar?!
i have done fish fry and/or fish and chips
in the US, canada, england and new zealand....
if i had to choose the best..... gotta give it to

Sylvia, I have some pollock in my freezer, I might try some of those coatings on it myself! Probably won't taste quite the same but worth a go

Sometimes, I buy frozen pollock from Wal-Mart.
It's pretty good.
