JD - have your character be faithful in the end. We don't need another Michael Schiavo killing off his wife. You will NOT find a sympathetic audience.

Rachel, I'm "sort of" writing a book. I'm basing it on my actual life. What I do is, when I remember a certain event, I rush to the computer and write it up. Just fast, sloppy, unedited writing, so I don't miss any of the details. Eventually, I'll get it all together in chronological order and then fictionalize it. I'm sure it will be more than one book. If it turns out to be pleasant, I'll release it in the next couple of years. If not, I'll wait to release it after both of my parents are dead.

I find bouncing memories off my little brother is helping me to remember all kinds of things I'd forgotten. Stuff too good to lose.

You are aware that Terry Schiavo had been clinically brain dead for years, aren't you? Just because machines keep your heart beating and your lungs moving, doens't mean you're alive. I find you accusation that Michael Schiavo killed his wife callous, cold, judgmental, and without understanding.

I've been writing fiction for 10 years, It's lots of fun, and I have plenty of internet readers, but it pays nothing. LOL

I have to write whether I get paid or not, or my head will explode. I write a blog every day. If you can find a blog site with a private option, it's a good place to do story notes and keep track of them.

I just made a new Troll Warrior and a Tauren Druid on the Fenris server. I have too many toons. *sigh*

My goal is 500 words a day. Some days I make it some not. I've completed a novel based on my experience as a JW, and a three volumen alternate history series. I've been shopping all of it around, with no success yet. I'm working on another one, that is an historical piece set during the US revolution. I'm sure something will sell one of these days.

by Robert C. Meredith and John D. Fitzgerald

Check it out on amazon. It helped me with my novel.

Go for it, JD! What will the passages containing scenes of intimacy between the couple be based on? Just kidding. I seriously encourage you to write this and look forward to reading it one day.

    Oh, to answer the question.

I don't have any good ideas, but I've been told to write only about things with which I'm intimately familiar.

I've actually submitted some stuff, and been rejected.

I refuse to write about senseless violence and mindless sex.

    Sylvia
