I don't remember it being such a big deal in my congregation but I do remember giving a long-winded witness to somebody I went to see the movie with. I talked so much my throat was hoarse.

You may struggle to find the divine name now since the pope has said it should be taken out of hymms and prayers too, and other christians churches do take their cue from the catholics. I'll be honest in all the years I went on the doors not many people knew the name Jehovah or even yahweh they thought 'Lord' was the original wording.

"Lord" is the original wording in many places in the Bible..
The WBT$ has no problem changing the Bible as they see fit..
You have no problem with the WBT$ changing the Bible..

The JW religion wants to have it both ways. Remember the Divine Name brochure?
Every time the WT is able to dig an old document, sculpture or anything that says "Jehovah", they say "See? Jehovah has been used for such a long time... This is the real name of God".
And yet, in the following moment they say "see? we are the only people approved by God. We are the only people who use the name Jehovah. That's proof positive we are Jehovah's people".
Go figure.
