Loz,if I can do it anybody can. First thing you need to do is go to a hosting site. I use photobucket www.photobucket.com join up and then it will tell you how to load up photos. When you've done that pass your curser over the pic and a drop down menu will appear with 4 choices. Click on the bottom one that says image code and copy that.
Next,come back to JwD and click on the little picture next to the brush above us in the box,just below where it says Font family, A box will appear just paste your image code into where it says image url,then click insert and another box will come up,just click ok on that then your picture will appear in there. from there on just click post...............done!!!

Actually, even easier than photo bucket is image shack. You don't even need to sign up to upload a picture. You can upload and they give you the "DIRECT" code to use. All you do is click on the add an image icon on the control panel above the post, put the direct link into the URL field, click submit, and you are good to go!
