Ok, has anyone lost any weight? How did you do it? Cause I don't know what I did to lose my 15 pounds. It might be cause I'm breastfeeding...
HIIT is one of the best ways to lose weight, but you have to get in shape to do it.
( HIIT: High intensity interval traning).
I h ave noticed that for most, the best way to lose weight actively is to find an activity they like or multiple ones and just do it for the fun and the weight art tends to take care of itself, IF their diet is healthy.
Three years ago I lost 50 pounds quickly without trying. Turned out I had diabetes, so I don't recommend this method. I'd like to lose more - a lot more, but I'm having a lot of trouble breaking through this plateau.

I have lost 2.5 stones so far, I have hit another plateau for now. One great way to lose the weight is with a mini Trampoline, it really tones you up as well

It has been my experience that breastfeeding is the best and quickest way to lose the rest of your "baby fat."
It's good for the baby and for the mommy.
