Aren't men supposed to weigh more than women at the same hight? Something about muscle density or something like that? I'm 5'4" and if I weighed 120, I'd be skinny.
It has been my experience that breastfeeding is the best and quickest way to lose the rest of your "baby fat."
It's good for the baby and for the mommy.
It didn't do me any good.

I'm trying to lose weight but I just love my food too much.
XERACIA...First I want to say congrats on the stop smoking...that is great. And remember no matter how much you miss it and how much you may want one..it only takes to pick up that first one to start all over again..Emphesema could keep you from enjoying your future..
And as far as the walking goes..even if you see nothing the inside of your body is thanking you..you are doing amazing things to help you stick around longer and enjoy life better..keep it up!

here's a serious suggestion, many of my friends have tried the "low carb high fat" method and it really works
White Dove & creativhoney, I am a small boned man and not very muscular either, unfortunately. At one point about 5 years ago I did weigh 170 lbs. and I did look overweight for my size. Even so, 120 is probably too skinny even for me as I would like to put on some muscle at this point. I'm more interested in overall health and fitness than a particular number on a scale.
I'm ok but would be at an "ideal" weight and BMI if I lost about 10 lbs.
I don't think it's possible to get to the BMI ideal for me of 170, I'm going to try though. Right now I weigh 190, I'm not sure if it would be safe for me to drop 20 lbs though. I'm not sure if it's just genetic that I should be around 180-190, right now at 190 I have a 30" waist which is pretty small from what I understand as it is. My chest and arms are pretty big too, I remember measuring my biceps at around 17.5". I don't have great abs though so I think if I really lost some weight they'd pop more.
