What I'm accustomed to calling souse is, since NY has so many transplanted people from the Caribbean, which means a plethora of Caribbean restaurants which offer "pickled cow feet" which is what they call souse, pigs feet can be used also, but it is ssssoooooo good !!

I love me some Stage Planks.

Yes, some Luzianne with chicory will be delightful. I'll warm up the fry daddy and throw on some beignets.

    Thanks, Syl, for the offer.

Since we talked I've developed a fever and cough. Wonder where I got it?!?!?

Fortunately, I shopped earlier. I haven't been sick in years. My fault for not listening to godly counsel from the platform. They told us NOT to shake hands. So we hugged and kissed. Was fun!

Does swine flu come from pig's feet? Are they washed?

    I really don't know.

LWT, Once I had beignets at the Cafe du Monde and coffee with scalded milk, yum!
