People! Mashed potatoes and gravy (potatoes + fat)? Roasted turkey? Stuffing (bread + fat)? The dreaded Green Bean Casserole (lovely veggies + fat)? Rolls and butter? etc. etc.

I guess I should have said, I hate Chardonnay, and I'm sick of Pino Grigio and Savignon Blanc. Is there an acceptable red d'ya think?

Sweet wine will not do you crazy Jew! Hey that rhymes!

I hate sweet wine. Did you see me suggest sweet wine? I don't think you did. If you will notice, I suggested a nice, light, white riesling.

Kiss my butt, ya crazy nut.

    Hey, that rhymes too.

You asked for a consensus and we answered what tastes good with Turkey. But if you must go Red????? Go light, like a beaujolais? Pinot Noir???

Riesling has a powerful and distinctive floral and apple-like aroma that frequently mixes in mineral elements from its vineyard source and is often described as "racy."
