H20 shut down because Rick started over-moderating and pissed everyone off. Uncle Bruce left first and then mentioned JWD was a good site in which to play. I left next and was soon followed by AlanF, Gedanken, Maximus, Randy, Jan Haugland, Kent Steinhaug, Norm Hovland, ros, Nathan Natas, Uzzah, Athanasius, BibleTwit (can't win them all) and a bunch of others like Outlaw who are still posting here now. Barbara Anderson wasn't posting yet at the time. H20 lost the the posts and posters that made it the most popular JW discussion board and became a wasteland.
Rick came onto this board several times around 2001 and literally begged us to come back to his board, but it was too late. He already burned too many bridges. He was a very insecure and neurotic guy. Kind of tragic in a way.
