I took a walk this morning, they were everywhere. When I got to my house, they were on the porch next door. I waited, but they passed me by. Could be because the last time they came, I flipped out and got red eyed, and pointed at thier bible. Told them I wanted nothing to do with that! Then told them to put me on the do not call list. Hell I was almost sorry this morning.
I tried to talk to JW's today and they ran away.

X-JW's make it very easy for JW's to do their preaching work. Put yourself in the JW's shoes. They are working a street and see a former member in his yard, so THAT house they bypass, while giving them the cold shoulder look. They feel pretty smug- even righteous. Now suppose the X-JW decides he isn't going to let the JW's give him/her a bad day and they don't want the JW's to snare anyone else into a life of misery. So it's obvious- approach the JW's in a friendly manner and tell them how great life is on the outside and how you have wised up. They don't even have to answer back- keep talking. I have a photocopy of that 1980WT cover that says the 1914 generation will never end-I keep it in my glovebox and at home. I just hold that up to the JW's face, "how many of them are still alive? None!" Anyway, the JW has two choices, stand and attempt to defend themselves or leave. They always leave and now they are the ones who have had a bad day, not you. Pretty soon like Chinese water torture, the JW's would get so sick of field service and having to deal with x-JW's trying to open their eyes, that they will just have to quit going out in order to avoid being turned to the "dark side".

John, those JW's who deny the shunning are real scum, I have caught them in that lie before and use it against them- the true religion doesn't have to lie to protect it's false doctrines.

You tried and did good in the limited time they gave you. I've noticed that if you present a JW with difficult information they just glaze over and the light gets brighter comes up. Perhaps you'll get lucky next time.

ASK A JW ABOUT 1914/607 and they run in front of a bus !!!! It's truely sad what jw's have become as far and their life saving work, willing to get run over by speeding buses, when asked to defend the GOSPEL OF 1914...
