BTW, I somehow doubt JWoods is THE James Woods, the actor. May want to edit the first name out of that post there, SD-7. Just a suggestion.
Done.

Holy spirit is also behind the appointment of elders. Holy spirit has a very poor track record where the JWs are concerned.

They are making it clearer and clearer: Responsible representatives = Governing Body"Holy spirit helps responsible representatives of “the faithful and discreet slave” at world headquarters to discern deep truths that were not previously understood."

This is an incredible insult to the power of the Holy Spirit. If everything the WT says about it is to be believed, holy spirit totally sucks; it's a complete truth FAIL!

"The Governing Body as a whole considers adjusted explanations. (Acts 15:6)"
Hmmm. The scripture refers to the Apostles, yet the WTS states unequivocally that the Apostles have no successors: “ Apostolic Succession --Definition: The doctrine that the 12 apostles have successors to whom authority has been passed by divine appointment.... Not a Bible teaching.” ( Reasoning p.37 [ Italics in original])

So, then I guess that means the Governing Body is deliberately, though perhaps unintentionally, teaching something that is unscriptural by their own admission. Tragic.

Actually this is a fantastic article!!!!
When the time comes to clarify a spiritual matter in our day, holy spirit helps responsible representatives of “the faithful and discreet slave” at world headquarters to discern deep truths that were not previously understood.
SO DOES THIS MEAN THEY ARE '''''' INSPIRED'''''''..... I mean this goes beyond 'guiding' if the HS is now helping GB members directly versus SlaveClass as a whole
What they learn, they publish for the benefit of all.
*** w50 8/15 p. 263 Name and Purpose of The Watchtower ***
However, The Watchtower does not claim to be inspired in its utterances, nor is it dogmatic.Imagine when a JW stumbles on this site with the mindset of GB receiving holy spirit via telecommunication....... only to find out that 'noo-lite' comes from committees! Future Bethelites will become delusioned even faster!!!!!!
It also 'signals' and 'primes' the reader to expect more changes .....

Just wanted to add......
(1 Timothy 4:1-3) . . .However, the inspired utterance says definitely that in later periods of time some will fall away from the faith, paying attention to misleading inspired utterances and teachings of demons, 2 by the hypocrisy of men who speak lies, marked in their conscience as with a branding iron; 3 forbidding to marry, commanding to abstain from foods which God created to be partaken of with thanksgiving by those who have faith and accurately know the truth. . . .
