I don’t think you came to your conclusion about the Bible from just reading the Bible but you have read the comments and ideas that some HUMAN MEN have written.
That was my favorite part. How arrogant and presumptuous. No one could possibly come to a differen't conclusion than him from reading the scriptures. He must think you a mindless twit who needs others to explain to you what the bible means. Exactly how JWs are, come to think of it.

Well, I was kidding, I understand some of the negative connotations the name has because of some people, same goes for Jews and muslims and so forth.
I am fien with being a christian, I wasn't at first to be honest, for many of the same reasons you have stated, but having corresponded with Ray Franz via email, I began to see the term for what it is, what it really is and not what it has been tainted to seem.
