    LOL at MLE!

Asians also consider them to be a delicacy.

My grandmother made them but she was not known for her cooking so my opinion was tainted...as was her cooking...

You got the in you, Bro!

For the record, I don't eat chitlins; I just love to mess with y'all.

Here in the Deep South, anyone not from the Deep South is a 'Yankee'. It's not logical, but it's reality. (We'd consider folks from North Carolina and Virginia to be Yankees.) This should not, however, be interpreted as reflecting poorly on 'Yankees'. It just means that they're not from around here.

And thus don't have to eat nasty pig parts!

In the interests of cuisine fairness, I won't eat Menudo either.

I don't/won't eat any visceral organs of an animal...including liver, the absolute worst tasting "meat" (I use that term loosely) on the planet!!!

Dearest Beks, this is a myth. Every last piece of the hog is fit for human consumption and mighty delicious. The hog is the closest thing to proof of the existence of a loving God.
