Think About It
Been going to the gym for 2 months, after a 4 year absence. Currently 5-11 229 and shooting for 210. Work out for 1 1/2 hrs 5 days a week. Do a total body workout that alternates weight lifting, track work & midsection weight loss & firming.
I would recommend anyone into working out look up the benefits of taking the amino acid L-Arginine as a supplement.

Coffee House Girl
Been a runner for 4 years now, I run 5 miles each day monday thru fri, wish I had more time for strength training. When I was in the borg it was looked down on to devote time to making yourself look too pretty instead of using that hour to study WT publications (yea, I was counseled by family on this).
Ah I love running.....breathe fresh air and work out the cult doctrines stuck in my brain!!

Open mind
I focus on abs.
It's taken me a few years but I've carefully sculpted my six pack.....
....into a keg.

Three times a week - about 1 hour 15 minutes each time - includes 1/2 hour cardio and 3/4 hour lifting weights. Sometimes I substitute an hour of water aerobics.
Been doing it for nine years.

cult classic
I have been biking 30 min and doing tae bo. Just took up running and added weights. Starting out slowly I want to be able to run a mile without stopping. I've never been athletic. But I really want to get in shape this year. You guys workouts are awesome! Maybe one day that will be me.

no more kool aid
I go to a local gym about twice a week in the summer and 3-4 times a week in the winter. I love the elliptical (30-50min) then about 20-30 min of weights. NMKA

Yes, I had a membership at the Y and went nearly every day to walk on the treadmill and lift weights.
Now in "New Greenland," there is no money for a membership, so I walk the dog and work at Taco Bell (while looking for a career job) walking constantly cleaning the restaurant part time every day.
Legs are looking good.
Pecs look great (Because the muscles hold up my chi-chis, no bra needed, just petals and a tank top in this warm weather).
When swimming in the pool, I do the same exercise
Guess it's going alright, but no matter what I do, I will never ever have a decent looking stomach.
At least I'm healthy, and THAT's the important thing.
