Cool! Egg does a variety of martial arts and has lots of muscles from it.
I was until I decided to add running to my routine, and ended up having knee surgery. I have not yet been able to get the fever back. And have gained 20lbs. (now about 13) in the last two years
Lifting weights, doing Pilates, and treadmill/walking previously. Worked with a trainer for a while. I never felt so good in my life!
Been a runner for 4 years now, I run 5 miles each day monday thru fri, wish I had more time for strength training.
CoffeeHouseGirl......that is fantastic and no easy feet. I ran the mile on the track team and that was like a day's training. My left achilles has been bothering me when I run now, so part of my routine is to alternate different activies during laps. One 1/10 mile lap will be a fast run, next lap is a fast walk pumping 20# dumbells & the next lap is carrying a 35# weight in each hand for a combined total of 1 1/2 miles.

I'm at the gym everyday. Taking five grams Creatine Monohydrate and Protein drinks. Work out for an hour and a half.....
I lost 38 pounds about 3 years ago. I cut back on my eating, and worked out for 90 minutes every day (mon-fri). It was hard work. By working out, I mean cardio stuff - walking, stairmaster and mostly the elliptical machine.
