WOW ! Heather - Jeez. Your allegedly " lovely " JW sister sounds exactly like one of my older " lovely " JW sisters ! Were they twin daughters of different mothers ? My sister has treated her own inactive daughter , my niece ( 35 yrs. old ) similarly since she got her law degree as an attorney several years ago. Her daughter hasn't attended in 12 years.

It is disgusting how these people can attempt to call themselves " Christian " or any SEMBLANCE of following Jesus example. I'm so sorry your nephew is going through this. Wow, that is harsh!

This is one of the reasons the WT is so dangerous. JWs don't see how very unchristlike that kind of behaviour is. She treats her worldly son worse than she would the worst worldly person. Even people in the ministry we would take the message over and over again despite it not being received, but her own son she won't speak to again because he won't accept it? Yikes.
