  I don't really think I need to say anymore..... Well, except for this,... The word "apostate" only means that some of the things that I once believed have changed, such as the idea that some organization should control every living thought or action that I ever have or do. So, no it does not scare me to be on this site, and take this stand. I trust God to judge me accordingly. He knows my heart, not you, or me, or any other human on the face of the earth.

  Consider this Debator,--- If an apostate came into the kingdom hall during a meeting and started to disrupt, would the "brothers" not kindly show them to the door? You are doing the same thing that a so called apostate would do at a meeting, you are trying to disrupt this forum. You continue to trample and berate the people on here, while at the same time being disloyal to the doctrine of your own religion. I think that makes you a DOUBLE apostate!

  I consider this site my haven. Which is how many people view their religion, so in a way, yes, I guess it is. I come here to be enlightened. And I have found much enlightenment here. It is not always what I want to hear. I do not come here to get my ears tickled, the truth is not always pretty, and sometimes it hurts, but it is always better than lies. If you want to hold fast to your beliefs and the teachings of WBTS, you are in a very dangerous place.

  You don't think trying to oust, influence off this site everyone in favour of witnesses that you see on here, as making sure you are goning to get your ears tickled by opinions that won't challenge your current position? I get this from your introduction of your initial starawman which can have no other purpose than to guilt me off this site.

  I do not see this site as a haven for ex-Jws, it is too public. There are more closed-shop ones that have moderators that make sure only one side is heard and I would get short-shift by them. This site also promotes itself as public for ALL opinions for debate and you do get them all. I see people often come on here just for normal info on witnesses etc.

  I have never posted on here for those that have made-up their minds about witnesses but for those that are still able to see how important it is to be one of Jehovah's people in this time and can see through the propaganda of some ex-jws on here.

  I'm not trying to guilt you, you should already feel that on your own.

  I don't need to hear just one side of the story, I like the show 48 Hours, where I get to hear both sides and make my decision, I just take offense to people who try to disrupt. This site is a haven for many, I am not the first one to feel that way, nor will I be the last.

  If you have so much faith in Jehovah, then you would know that people who wish to seek Him, will find him, He probably wouldn't guide them to this site if He wanted to call them. Jehovah has never asked anyone to sacrifice their own FAITH to save others, which is what you are doing if you think that is the only reason you are on here. I personally think you are just an unhappy person who likes to argue and berate. If you only post to those who haven't made up their minds, then why are you posting to me? I think it is pretty obvious that I have made my choice.

  And don't quote scriptures to me, it pisses me off when hypocrites do that.

  Never thought about it like that before... but you are absolutely correct. An "apostate" at the KHall doing what reniaa/debator is doing here would most certainly be escorted out.
