    Soft boiled in the shell, the top removed and then served in an egg cup with toast fingers. Now that is first class but too much trouble for the cook and the maid in our house. I think Cary Grant liked his egg served in that way.

    Another breakfast egg I like....very simple to do.... is Black-butter eggs.

    After you fry the egg, transfer to warm platter. Then put some real butter in the pan, melt it and add sherry. Then pour over the eggs.

    FRIED EGGS, BACON, SAUSAGES [with herbs and spices even better], FRIED TOMS, MUSHROOMS, HASH BROWNS, FRIED BREAD [if you really want to be wicked], or POTATO WAFFLES, or BREAD AND REAL BUTTER [not nasty margarine] and a POT OF TEA [PG tips] lovely and strong. mmmmmmmmmmmmmm yum yum yum and I like my tea out of a china cup.

    Going to have some now.

    I enjoy eggs pretty much anyway - they are delish. My favorite at the moment is omlete with cheese, chilly and a russian sausage served on toast - absolutely yummerlicious. I could eat that for dinner, lunch and breakfast :) Plus today is cold out so a hot omlete just hits the spot.

    home made scotch eggs are cool, and if you swap the sausagemeat jacket for a mashed potato one (herbs optional) that works just as well.

    mmmmmmmmmm scotch eggs one of my favourate ways to have egg, I am going to get some tommorow.

    I also love soft boiled eggs with soldiers [toast cut into strips] oozing with real butter. and dipping them into the egg yummy, yummy, yummy. this is going to be egg week.

    I never get fed up with eggs.

    Saute canned tuna in olive oil and garlic, then pour seasoned beaten eggs over mixture and cover with a heavy lid.

    The eggs fluff up and expand.

    Serve over yellow grits with REAL butter.

    Yum-yum!
