    I should have known better than to stay with the JW's simply from....

    ....the no-beards rule and the napkins on sister's heads when they acting in place of a brother.

    Supply some of your own reasons you should have known better from.

    glad I didn't let them, she seems so much happier to have her

    A question for anyone who was a convert and not born in, did you ever have a moment where you learned something new or had an experience that made you think "um, is this such a good idea?"

    When I started to find certain doctrines ridiculous and knew I couldn't express my doubts I should have known it was total tosh.

    If a religion calls itself the Truth nothing should be a lie everything should be provable and compatible with established fact.
