    Personally,

I think you need to come to grips with the fact that they have no authority over you what so ever. They do not represent you before God (if you believe God is real), and they have no power or authority of any meaning in this life. I would let them know that you have judged thier organization to be corrupt and immorral and as such the Witness Organization has been Disfellowshipped from your organization. In other words, dont give them power they dont have. Excercise your power and don't look back. After all they are the ship of fools ruining thier own lives. Let them live with themselves and thier idiodic make believe universe.

Like I've said before, I agree that they shouldn't and don't have that power over your life. However, sometimes a JC can be a tool for yourself in getting closure. You can finally see how lost and alone THEY are for yourself, and see what kind of org you REALLY belonged to. If you don't need that kind of closure, then yeah I agree, let it go and move on. You don't need to meet with them.

Sadly all the JC I been on were witchhunts. Interrogate the wrongdoer, show them where they are wrong, and see if they are repentant. The elders normally do not listen to the wrongdoer if the wrongdoer is justifying himself, it just adds to the view of unrepentance.

Here is a new JC that AuntBee showed me. This is one of the most interesting, IMO. The way the JC was handled seemed very different from the way they are handled in America. Let me know what you think:
