I do believe going to the Kingdumb Hell is a complete waste of time. But, if you must go, go prepared. And by prepared, I mean seeing how often they take scriptures out of context, isolating one scripture and making it mean what they want it to. How often do they distort meanings of words to make it look horrible if you do not do more. I also suggest going to a mid-week boasting session if you must, because that's when you are going to hear the most incriminating discourses. Pay attention to the Circus Meeting (the last part), and see how often they put stress on doing more in the misery, donating more, and/or getting others into the cancer.
Now, go to a regular church. Any Christian denomination, particularly one of the major Protestant (or Catholic) denominations, will do nicely. Compare the attitudes of people toward regular church with that of the Kingdumb Hell. Compare the sermons. Compare how they teach the Bible. Compare their attitude toward those who, though they believe most of what the church teaches, disagree on some trivial point. And, compare how practical it is to abide by the doctrines. See for yourself if people at the Kingdumb Hell are genuinely happy (or "fake happy", which they will put up a front with you). Compare with regular church.
What you are likely to find at the Kingdumb Hell is pressure to continue your study, even if you don't believe in it. People will be fake-happy to see you. But, I suggest looking at the number of children getting dragged out of the auditorium during the session, and listening for spankings and beatings. At the mid-week session, notice how late they run the program on school nights, with children there. How late they are there--on popular test evenings? Are they hounded to do field circus after school, despite that they have homework and/or tests? Make these observations while you are at the Kingdumb Hell--and make it clear that you are going to regular church at least once to get comparisons.
If they try to stop you from going to your regular church, that is a danger signal. They don't want you to get another perspective on the religion aside the one they have, so they don't want you comparing the Kingdumb Hell with regular church. Remember, at this point your goal is not to commit, but to see if your "teacher" is lying and come back with evidence. Whether you intend to join another church or not, or even become Christian, is besides the point. You need evidence to discontinue the study, and if they teach "The Bible says" and it says nothing of the sort, they are lying. And, lying is not a sign of the truth.
