I remember a few years ago thinking that I needed to get real involved in a church so that I will be shown a good servant of God and I will know who will do my funeral and who may be attending. It concerned me then. Frankly, it does not concern me so much now, only what happens next.

His reply was " well I want people to attend my funeral when I die, that is really important to me".
I think there is more to this. It may be a valid concern, but going back to the hall is not a valid solution. Maybe he just says it to have a reason he considers acceptable. I don't think he thought it through much. He may have other reasons for returning, which would mean he is still captive. Otherwise, he could join any church and be assured of people showing to his funeral. And like Scully says, people attend police officers' funerals! With them, members of the public care and show up. Communities consider them heroes, even if they die of old age.

White Dove
After the appropriate Wiccan service (ritual to send me on my way),
I want there to be a party, complete with rock music, dancing, eating, and drinking.
My life is about joy and fun. My death should be about that, too.
I really don't care how many show up, if any at all.
