You did right to threaten to sue them personally. Now call an attorney. They will hear it and back off fast. Also compile a listen of addresses and emails for every JW you know of, your local most talkative beaticians and barbers etc.
It would be a most "loving arrangement" indeed for you to inform people of the real truth so that you own good name is vindicated and documented information can do it. They will back off one way or get backed off another:

An estimated 3 JWs die daily earthwide from the WTS’s unscriptural policy! (Blood On The Altar by David Reed) Why should our kids, grandkids, other family be endangered or destroyed? JWs can form independent groups independent from the WTS but united by LOVE ( http://groups.yahoo.com/group/jahchristian), join another group or decrease donations & other support.
