Guest with Questions. Hello I just got back to my computer and saw your comment. Most here who have been witnesses know that most witnesses have a core belief. Which goes closely along with what the GB has to say. But when it comes to some of the more obscure teaching such as "Jesus is not the mediator for the Great Crowd only the anointed ones". Then many don't know what they believe. Also most do not know the history of their own reglion. Only the sanitized version the WT gives. The problem you have with witnesses is they are controled in what they think and because of the many changes through the years they sometimes get confused at exactly the new teaching is. The point I was trying to make is most witnesses will see this new WT of July 15th as a reason not to trust those who may say something they feel is against the GB teaching. Which will cause many to become even more paranoid. At least in our hall we used to go to many already had a wall built up around them and looked at others who were not walking in step with them as being someone not to trust. If you want to feel what it is like to be a JW watch the History Channel show on the rise and fall of the 3rd Reich. You will see how a whole nation got duped into the Hilter Cult and how they acted. For those of you who are wondering how jw`s will handle 1914 as 2014 approaches ,I think they will answer much the same as they have with "Millions Now Living Will Never Die "quote. Its even more surer now than it was back then.
