Haha TR, nobody gets to live there with the name of "Jim" Please remember that many of us cool ex-dubs want nothing to do again with cults, mind control, weird leaders on power trips, organized religions, and the like.

This is actually about a small group of friends who want to work their butts off for one year and then retire. They can then travel the world if they want, become an aritist, launch a new career or just run naked on the island. haha

I'm glad you are skeptical but read the fine print and then decide. Almost all scams offer something for nothing and have the objective of having you put your own money up front. Those are huge warning signs.

This makes a very poor scam. You will notice the emphasis on hard work/long hours if you read it again. If you get to the website, you will see how things work in detail and that there is NO money required by anyone for you to get in. Finally, this would be a very poor place to run a scam because people here are extra sensitive to lying and scams and want hard evidence. Crooks hate the light. The good guys like it.

Is this an invitation extended only to citizens of the USA? What of foreign nationals, for example UK residents, how does this benefit them, if they cannot get the required work permit?

    Peace

Hi Celtic, yes there is a big difficulty in getting foreign nationals in on this first project. I have already checked with the visa issues and it would be impossible to do. Typical visas are only for 90 days and then 180 days in special circumstances for foreigners. As this is a one year project, that makes things rather difficult.

Once we relocate outside the USA, we hope to develop some business projects there that will be much more friendly in terms of allowing people from other countries come to stay and work.

If it is such a solid business venture, why does part of the proceeds have to be spent in this manner regarding the island. Why does the business not allow people to do with the money what they will and run the island as a seperate operation with paying guests?

So what happens if someone says "Look buddy, you ain't telling me what I have to do with my income" ??

Some ppl have committments, and the extra supposed $25,000 is for personal use, so they may need to use their income for their own needs/committments.

And another thing - Who has the final say on things on this island? Say the vote is 50-50 on an issue, what happens then?

Ballistic the business really has nothing to do with the island itself. There are a few thousand people already doing this occupation in the USA alone. What is different here is the motivation we have for bringing anyone to the table. I have trained people before how to do this job (5 total) and I normally charge $5,000 up front, 3 months of slavery, and 10% of their profits for a year. This is a project that was designed for a small group of friends to achieve a specific goal, that of escaping the rat race and retiring after one year of hard work.

There are no doubt other ways the same goal can be accomplished, but this is what we know how to do, and it works well enough to accomplish our objectives. You see, we don't believe in giving anyone a free ride and if they want to enjoy the benefits they got to play the game and work as hard as we do.

    Kind Regards,

    Skipper
