Miz, I'm going to have to shake you now, and slap you hard. We are not losers. I can't post or read from work. I'm a very happy, fulfilled person, and I'm playing footsie with my adorable man right now. We are both on our computers, having just finished an awesome dinner. Happy as hell to be in our comfy little house. We know each others cyber pals, just from sitting here exchanging stories. It's all good.

Miz, you have to fake it till you make it. Seriously. You have to look at the bright side, and tell yourself good things, until those negative voices stop. I used to tell myself the most horrible hopeless things, constantly. Your own mind sucks you in and down. Start telling yourself great things, even if you think it's absurd. Truly, it works. It's all within you.
