Define blasphemy. How are the lies and self aggrandisement of the Watchtower Society any different from the lies and shameless self-promotion put forward by Jesus Christ?

Again....what and where is the modern day "pillar" that demonstrates The Watchtower has divine direction?
The Watchtower article doesn't mention anything about that!

It would be great if someone would ask during The Watchtower study the question "What is the modern day pillar that shows Jehovah's direction of the Organization and of the GB?"
Anyone who asked that question would very likely be taken back to the Kingdom Hall's library by the elders and told not to bring up questions not already printed in the Watchtower magazine.

I was shocked by the self assuming tone and bare faced assumptions in this article too. It is not to be a study article
It says that "divine direction" extends to such things as the way that the 'ministry' is carried out, conducting ourselves at conventions and accepting counsel...So not only are the beliefs said to be from God, but all the instructions how to do things is from God as well....Disagree at your peril !- after all the Israelites got killed if they disobeyed...........:-

Didn't Jesus condemn the religious leaders of his day for elevating themselves to the seat of Moses?
Didn't Moses and Jesus perform powerful miracles as evidence of direction from God?
All the sheeples will be required to bring their own lunches to the DC since the GB cannot miraculously produce manna or fish.

Respectfully, none of that nonsense (look up the meaning of that word) actually happened in the past so of course it won't happen today. Just as unscrupulous religous leaders, including Jesus, hoodwinked the people centuries ago, so it carries on today.
Do you really think that Jesus' walking on water is a reliable indicator of his status as Son of God/Messiah? It isn't because it didn't happen. How do I know that? Because of one simple reason - men cannot walk on water.
Easy isn't it?
Don't get riled at the Watchtowers supposed blasphemy, Jesus was the master at it.
