A neighbor four doors south of me. The night before our trash pick up he send his sons out (20-30 year old) with their trash and fill up the neighbors trash cans. I was speechless when my next door neighbor told me this. The neighbor is not poor, he own his home and two rental properties. The trash pick up only cost $20.-$30.00 A month. What do you say to someone that is so shoddy. The neighbors are dumbfounded, the guy is very eccentric. Any advise. He is not the type of person you would go up too his door and tell him, will you please stop using my trash cans, you might get A black eye.

Put something on the lid so that when he lifts it it makes a sound or plays music.

Call the police or report him. Don't flinch just stand up for yourself.

for this address, they rip it off.
Jeckle: We thought of that, but with all the other
serious crimes in our area,(gangs) taking time
away from the police for unauthorize trash use, just
didn,t sound like A great idea.

Get some fake body parts with some fake blood on them and stick them in your trash can..sticking up through the rubbish so it looks like theres a body in there

The next time I saw them doing this I'd yell (from a safe distance) "Hey what are you doing?! Stay out of my trash cans!" And if they tried to be confrontational, then I would call the cops. It would piss me off if I put a sign up and they just disregaurded it. It's your property! Then advise your nieghbors that they should do the same.

If the trash trucks don't come at a ridiculous hour wait until the morning to put out the trash. Don't give them the opportunity to use your trash can.
Either that or sit on the front porch in the evening if you see the son coming out with the trash just go howdy neighbour how are things. You taking some rubbish down the dump.
Or write to the service provider and tell them that your neighbours are using the service by putting their rubbish in the bins provided and should be charged. Take photos as evidence.

getting up early on trash day, like 5:30 am to put
the trash out. Contacting our service provider is on
the table. This is really crazy, who think of sh---t like
this. You can see our neighbor is walking to A different
