@won'tleave..... so funny!!!
Fire them...but don't say you're firing them, say you're disfellowshipping them. You can't be sued by them for DFing, after all...it is allowed in their minds.

Talk to them all, have a meeting. Remind them that you have always been a good boss and reassure them. It's not only you who is nervous about this change, they will be too. Tell them you value them and that you want them to continue just as before, that the religion need never be discussed. Then, tell them your business depends on continuity, and you are nervous that any of them may give short notice and leave. Ask them if they would agree to sign a contract indicating they will give proper notice of say, 3 months, and agree to train a replacement if that is their decision, but that you hope they will remain with you.
The more open and honest you are, like above, the more likely you can minimise the difficulties. The fact is, whatever pressure is put on them to leave depends on the reasons you were DF and the attitude of the local elders and the CO. It is all subjective and varies considerably from congregation to congregation. If anyone bears a grudge, they will abandon their 'Christian personality' and target you from now on, feeling justified before God. Love does not come into it.
Oompa, reading your post made me sooo MAD! Grrrr... is still hard to believe this bastards have so much control over people's life! telling someone 6 months is a "reasonable" time to quit just because someone else does not agree w their beliefs is BS!!!
The borg has the guts to tell someone to quit their job but they won't help a member of their church financially because "they are not like the other churches"! of course they are not, because they don't give a crap if you don't have food to put in your family's table as long as you do what they say!! grrrr!! makes me so upset!! and... BREATHE... ::walking away to take some fresh air::
thanks for all the good input guys...i wish i knew where there heads are at....even if i ask them i will not really know their plans...i did ask one and she said she had zero plans to leave..........thanks again and i will keep you posted...........oompa
OOmpa -- One month has passed.................how many JW employees still working for you?
You the man at your company. Screw anyone who wants to leave because Watchtower tells them to.
You will survive it. Besides, they may be mind-controlled, but are they crazy? It's a horrible time to look for new jobs.
Hang in there until one of them leaves. Then, lower the boom. Start your "expansion". If any of your jw employees squawk, just tell them, because of so and so leaving, I know now that you may not be trusted, so I need to cover myself in case this happens again. That puts the ball in their hand.
