Addiction is a very complicated and not well understood topic.
The best evidence is that people don't have "addictive personalities", they have genetics that predispose them towards certain types of addictive substances and behaviours.
Ted Bundy is not relevant in any way shape or form to the discussion at hand. Nor did he know jack shit about what happens when an actual human being watches porn. Monsters are ignorant like dat.
I recall seeing the interview with Bundy where he said that. It struck me as a clever sympathy ploy for his case, seeing the "error of his ways" and promoting a righteous crusade. If what he said about porn was true i.e. that watching porn leads to violence, there would be a lot more violent crimes out there, given the "poplularity" of it. He was just projecting his own twisted viewpoint IMO. There may be correlation between serial killers and sexual deviance (him being a case in point) but porn doesn't make normal people into monsters.
