I have to add a comment for some clarification. I am not mesmirized (or however you spell it) nor astounded that they go in service. To me it is simply (if indeed it is he) a continuing shift of making the gb more open or however one views it. They used to keep them totally private other than apperances at large assemblies. They often used the humility bull also. Maybe just me . . . but.
