Notice the fingers on the shoulder of Herd, supposedly the man has his hand on Herd's shoulder. However it looks odd! The men are way too close together for one to have his hand on the other's shoulder. More evidence that Herd was copied from another photo and pasted in, via Photoshop.

The more you look at this photo, the more faked it looks.
