Just adding my 2 cents' worth to say this is a great movie. I went to see it with a friend last weekend - it moved us to tears. It portrays very well how it would be for someone like Nash to have those thoughts and paranoias.
Go out and see it if you haven't already.

It was inspirational to me in that it showed how a person could fight inner demons only *they* could see.
Sorta like my past as a JW... a past that crops up every now and then without me really trying to remember any of it.
