Just got the word that we have a third Theocratic Ministry School. This will be in a part of the KH that has poor lighting.
I know that many will need the assistance of additional lighting. I guess they will have to assign brothers to hold a flashlight.
This position is not yet in the ORG book, yet. What qualifications should he have?

The correct anatomy. Apparently Sisters cannot qualify for flashlight holding, even when wearing a head covering.
1st: He must have a pulse 2nd: He must be "pottie trained" 3rd:He must have been born a "He" (sorry Chaz) 4th: He must be able to identify whether or not the publication being illuminated is right side up If he is the son of an elder or has recently made a large donation (green handshake may be sufficient) then only # 1 is necessary
He must earn the privilege in the eyes of the elders.

How about these qualifications?
10) 10 hrs per month FS ( of course)
9) Should have at least one arm, and steady hand (that should rule out the masterbaters)
8) Should be tested as to having a good aim first
7) Should be disciplined and focussed ( shouldn't be tempted with staring at watch, no matter how boring the talk is)
6) Go over the questions in the Lamp book ( some might remember that one)
5) Ability to spy ( squeal on those that don't have a good outline)
4) Attire should be modest and not flashy
3) Not prone to wrath, or flatulence
