None of it makes sense to me.

By definition, the Governing Body are all of the Anointed. That means they do not care about paradise earth, or care if Armageddon comes or not, since they are immortals. Yet their main doctrine is that people are supposed to live forever on earth and that earth the natural desire of man. That is quite a contradication, and brings into question their doctrine and their motives. It means they are writing about things they know nothing of.

It is unusual that someone like Geoff Jackson, born in the 1950's, choose to be one of the 144,000 in his 30/40's. That went completely against everything the Watchtower taught about who the last chosen Remnant are supposed to be. It meant him giving up any desire to live forever with his Great Crowd wife. Yet it is that sort of person that now is being chosen to lead the Organisation.

The Governing Body show great disrespect to the followers. They treat them like fools, particularly with recent statements about trusting them, since Jehovah trusts them. I think that the Governing Body feel the followers are fools and need the idea of Armageddon to keep them in line, even if they don't believe any of it personally themselves.

I still maintain they are like the empereror's new clothes.

They are the ones that are supposed to have the answers but deep inside they realize that they don't hear God's voice. So many play a passive role and just agree with whoever asserts themselves the most.

They must wonder why it hasn't come yet, but they are still playing the game. Dressing up, complementing each other on the fine spiritual decisions, wondering each day if they will be found to be a fraud. The ones that are truly dangerous are the ones that assert their postion. I wonder if they just crave power or if they are deluded enough to believe themselves.

They are liars and they KNOW that. They KNOW that their entire theological structure it was build upon sand. They have no theological foundation for their existence as a religion and as leaders of that religion. They KNOW that their dating system is complete wrong for at least 45 years. They KNOW that 607 B.C does not have any Biblical and historical evidence. But they have created a labyrinth of dates and so called prophecies that have been fulfilled having as foundation 607 B.C. As a result they cannot change those dates, since they are linked to their only excuse that they are "God's mouthpiece"on earth. So if they take way 1914, then there is no 1919(the supposed inspection of Jesus on earth that choose them)and they will have no reason of existence.

They KNOW very well that there is no Armageddon, they just use the fear of the big A to control 7 million people, who think and believe that the GB are God's representatives on earth

No, they actually DO know when it will come...

When they say it will. They will announce the invisible start of Armageddon as soon as it looks darkest for them. Then with the JWs buying the hype they will string armageddon out indefinatly with each major human upheaval being another step deeper into it yadda yadda yadda...

They might hold out to 2034 but i swear they will!

Another proof to me that the GB doesn't believe Armageddon is coming is this : That they made an " overlapping generation " theory that is as insane as saying people can live forever. For YEARS the WT society said , " " Armageddon's coming in our lifetime, Armageddon's coming in our lifetime - THIS generation ! " Then they suddenly change their tune in 2008 and complete the deception by introducing this totally insane " overlapping generation " thing which defies definition and creates a NEW definition of the word G-E-N-E-R-A-T-I-O-N . Saying it can overlap and go on for many years. In actuality they are intentionally lying and misrepresenting the word . A generation in actual definition according to the dictionary is only 20 - 30 years. From the time a baby is born until they have their own children which is the NEXT generation or second or NEW generation.

The WT society has been pulling this deception now for over 132 years now - or 5 generations span of time saying that THIS generation " will not pass away. " It is cruelty, deception, and cold , hard business marketing at it's worst exploiting people's desire to " live forever " into a never ending cash cow so that some middle aged old farts 55 - 71 yrs.old can retire at Bethel, er rural Patterson and live off of 7 million JW's unfulfilled deluded dreams and contributions ! O.K. Now I'm done. I'll exhale. Jesus

If the GB actually believed this stuff they would be able to share it with sincerity. They wouldn't need to DF those that disagree.

    and........

they wouldn't need to use known propaganda methods/logical fallacies etc to dupe people into believing their twisted doctrine.

I say most if not all the GB and their suck ups are fully aware they are running an antichrist pyramid business posing as a religion!
